Daniel Callis -- Feedback: Had ordered flowers to be delivered to a large commerical building, very easy to find area with a large reception desk, but flowers were not delievered, when provided local phone numbers for the specific team, the flowers were not delivered on the second day. When the reciepiant finally called herself to provide details they were delivered, but by that time half of the flowers had wilted.... So not impressed!!

Suggestion: A more effective way to communicate would be good. Skype chat is not easy to use, and seems the emails I sent were not followed up on.
